PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery is seeking bids from qualified legal companies on a contract for the Village of Montgomery Village Attorney for 2026.

A complete copy of the Village's Request for Bids and the proposed contract is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, New York 12549. Attorneys desiring to submit bids must deliver one (1) copy of their bid documents marked "original" and five (5) additional copies of their submission to the Village Clerk at the above address no later than noon on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

The Village of Montgomery assumes no liability for the costs incurred by individuals in preparing submissions in response to this RFP. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all

bids.
