PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery on August 20, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 133 Montgomery, New York regarding the continuation of an adjourned Public Hearing for Hanover Development, aka 71-73 Clinton Street; Montgomery, New York 12549.

Any person is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing.  Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at:
