PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York, 12549 on the application of Elizabeth and Sal Vasapoli for site plan approval to permit a change of use for property located at 32 Railroad Avenue and is designated on the Village of Montgomery Tax Maps as Section 202, Block 12, Lot 7. The property is located in the I-2 (Village Industry) zoning district. The applicants plan to use the premises as a hair salon and spa.
A copy of the site plan application and related documentation is on file in the Village Clerk's Office for review during regular business hours.
At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than August 30, 2017.
