At the regular meeting of November 6, 2018 the Board of Trustee of the Village of Montgomery, the following resolution was offered by Deputy Mayor Scheels, seconded by Trustee Andolsek, who moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, the next general Village Election for Officers will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 and,

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must designate by resolution and publish the offices which are to be filled in such election terms thereof.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees designates the following office as vacant at the election to be held on March 19, 2019 for the following terms:

Office        Term
Mayor       4 Years
Trustee     4 Years
Trustee    4 Years
Justice.    4 Years     

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this resolution in full in the Wallkill Valley Times.

This resolution shall take effect immediately.
