PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will hold a public hearing on the Comprehensive Plan 2017 Update on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549. 

Copies of the Comprehensive Plan 2017 Update are available for public inspection at the Village Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.   Written communications must be received by the Board on the Comprehensive Plan 2017 Update no later than December 2, 2019.

At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
