Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meeting scheduled for Monday, January 23rd  2023 at 7:30PM has been canceled due to no submissions.  It was to be held at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street; Montgomery, New York 12459.  This notice is sent to you pursuant to Section 95 of Public Officers Law.  Such meeting is open to the public.

The Zoning Board of Appeals meet every fourth Monday each month at Village Hall at 7:30 PM
