Local Law Instituting Regulations for the Operation of All-Terrain Vehicles Within the Village of Montgomery

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery, New York, a local law entitled “A Local Law Instituting Regulations for the Operation of All-Terrain Vehicles Within the Village of Montgomery”, to establish regulations related to the appropriate operation of all-terrain and other motorized vehicles within the Village.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery on October 3, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York to consider the adoption of the aforesaid Introductory Local Law.

Any resident of the Village of Montgomery is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing.  Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at:
