PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of KSH ROUTE 211 DEVELOPMENT, LLC on referral from the Planning Board for an area variance from Sections 122-5A (dimensional regulations) of the Village of Montgomery Zoning Code to allow for site plan approval for the construction of 2 buildings with heights of 45 feet where a maximum building height of 35 feet is permitted.

The property is located at 232 Union Street, in the Village of Montgomery and is designated on the Tax Maps as Section 211, Block 1, Lot 29.22 and is located in the I-1 (Industrial Park) Zoning District.

A  copy of the application and all related documentation are on file in the Village of Montgomery Clerk’s Office for review during regular business hours.

At the above-specified date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than October 27, 2025.
