PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be moved from Tuesday September 6, 2022 to Tuesday September 13, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at Montgomery Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York. During said meeting, any lawful business of the Village shall be conducted.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing of the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 to consider the subdivision application of KSH Route 211 Development, LLC and Frank Hoeffner, Sr. who are seeking approval for a lot line change between their two respective properties. The properties subject to the lot line change are located on Union Street; KSH Route 211 Development, LLC’s property being designated on the Tax Map as Section 211, Block 1, Lot 29.22 and consisting of approximately 33.57 acres, and Frank Hoeffner, Sr.’s property being designated on the Tax Map as Section 211, Block 1, Lot 29.21 and consisting of approximately 21.06 acres. The properties are located in the I-1 (Industrial Park) Zoning District and I-2 (Village Industry) Zoning District. The subdivision would allow the transfer of approximately .3 acres of property from SBL 211-1-29.21 to SBL 211-1-29.22. This application is related to the site plan application of KSH Route 211 Development, LLC.
A copy of the application and related documentation is on file at Village Hall and may be viewed during regular business hours. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than June 22 and such comments will be made part of the official record of the proceedings.
